People can be biased and their opinion can differ from yours also their resources might not be checked and be reliable so, it would make it hard to read a blog without questioning a few things.
Blogs have bias, for example a Mets fan would talk highly of the Mets, but not any other team. This bias would lead to opinions and speculation that are not supported by facts. Therefore people believing the blog will be mis-informed. Mis-informed people may lead to problems within society and politics by creating pointless arguments wasting time and money.

People understand things in different ways, so I think it's important not to be influenced by other people but to gain your own knowledge on the subject in order to have your own justified opinion. Someone else's blog is not proof to another's ideas, as they are not typically factual.
