The difference between a blog and regular journalism is that a blog is a more laid back and casual form of writing news. It's easier to write because you are more free to right how you want and what you want.
people can write their own opinions about it, you talk to people about it, you put yourself into it, use "we, i, us" rather than other journalism, you have to write a factual story and not include your opinion or yourself, unless you're writing an opinion column.
the difference between blogs and traditional journalism is that the writing style is more laid back and conversation like. Traditional journalism is usually one person's ideas where as blogs the reader can post a comment with their opinion.
The blog I found was very IRONIC because it talked about how there was a supposed to be an exhibition of Rare artifact and they were stolen from the Forbidden city in Hong Kong. So the have 3,700 smoke detectors, 3,700 camera, and 1,600 antitheft alarms. It was a very interesting blog. Blogs speak more about Items more then personal views.
Blogs are more personal where as in Journalism you have to be careful not to put any input from the writer because it may offend the reader. Blogs are also more "between the lines."
The difference between a blog and regular journalism is that a blog is your opinion, you can write whatever u please and can used common word, with journalism you have to have more detail and word that have meaning ''big terms''
In my opinion I find blogs to be more laid back and more entertaining to read then normal journalism which is more by the book. Also, With blogging you can write anyway you want unlike journalism. For example, If I were blogging a story about some sort of sweet with record breaking health risks I could head it "OBESE PEOPLE EVERYWHERE REJOICE!" compared to the " Sugar Bad. Vegetables Good." you'd see if say a professional journalist were writing the same story.
blogs are opinions that one may have..writing a blog u dont have to b so socious of wat u say because it might be defensive or whatnot..there is ofcourse always a limit to what you can say on both blogs and regular journalism writin but in journalism writing you have to be careful of what you say because of the people around you and the situation you are dealing with..blogs are easier to wrk with because its more like a convo
blogs are more interactive
